A 25-year veteran of the CIA, Mr. Dougherty brings extensive intelligence expertise to C-T Watch, Inc.’s Intelligence & Counter-Intelligence Training Program. His operational background includes Counter-Terrorism, Counter-Proliferation, Counter-Intelligence, Counter-Narcotics, and HUMINT (Human Intelligence) Operations. Mr. Dougherty has in-depth area, cultural, and on-the-ground knowledge of Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, having worked internationally and domestically with both the CIA and FBI JTTF in U.S. fusion centers to track domestic and international terrorists.
