Federal Agents, prosecutors, and other experts from the FBI, the US Attorney’s Office, and the private sector will share current trends, red flags, and other invaluable information for fraud prevention stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Mr. Martins has twenty-six years of experience serving in the cybersecurity, cyberwarfare and intelligence fields supporting elements of the US Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and healthcare community. He has served as a consultant to the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, US Cyber Command, the Defense Intelligence Agency and currently serves at DHS HC3.
David Olive, Fellow at the GWU Center for Cyber & Homeland Security
David M. Olive has 40 years’ experience in business, politics, law and public affairs. As former chief of staff to U.S. Rep. Asa Hutchinson Mr. Olive understands that very few things get done in Washington without approaching them in a bi-partisan manner. Before coming to Washington, Mr. Olive served as president of Care First Inc., a nursing home management company in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Ryan Allen, Chief Information Security Officer, University of Alabama Health System
Mr. Allen brings a wealth of experience to the UAB leadership team. He served as the CISO for the State of Alabama from 2017-2020. Prior to that he served as the Division Director of Infrastructure and Cyber Security for Children’s Hospital of Alabama, where he led IT operations functions for the third-largest pediatric hospital in the U.S.
