JB Ward is an Assistant United States Attorney who leads an opioid task force and serves as health care fraud coordinator in the Northern District of Alabama. Mr. Ward focuses on white-collar and health care fraud matters.
Sarah West, Investigator, Health & Human Services, Office of Civil Rights
Sarah West has been an investigator with US Department of Health and Human Services in the Office for Civil Rights in the Southeast Region for the past five years. She responds to HIPAA complainants and conducts HIPAA breach investigations
Ralph Martins, Health & Human Services, HC3 Cyber Unit
Mr. Martins has twenty-six years of experience serving in the cybersecurity, cyberwarfare and intelligence fields supporting elements of the US Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and healthcare community.
