Our webinar will cover various aspects of Missing and Exploited Children with a current brief from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and a panel discussion with the NCMEC, law enforcement and child social services experts. Children are the national treasure of any country, yet many criminals prey on these innocents for financial gain, or much worse. Our webinar is designed to expose current trends and help citizens in identifying victim children to get them the help and support desperately needed.
Objectives:
Offer a brief on current trends of missing and exploited children and provide indicators of victim children.

Matthew Stein, NCMEC Project Manager
Matt Stein has been with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) almost nine years. Matt is currently the Program Manager of NCMEC’s Child Victim Identification Program (CVIP) where he oversees the daily operations of a team of 23 supervisory, analytical, and support staff. Prior to working at NCMEC, Matt spent five years working in an outpatient mental health setting. Matt is a graduate of Marymount University where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology.
Stephanie Reynolds, NCMEC Supervisor
Stephanie Reynolds has been with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) for almost seven years. Stephanie is currently a Supervisor of NCMEC’s Child Victim Identification Program (CVIP). Prior to working at NCMEC, Stephanie worked with youth on probation and coached gymnastics. Stephanie graduated from Elmira College where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
